    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
    • Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates on project status, payments, documentation, and possession.
    • Manage all post-sales documentation including agreements, payment schedules, and other legal formalities.
    • Coordinate with internal teams such as construction, legal, and finance to meet customer requirements and timelines.
    • Organize site visits and handover processes for customers.
    • Tracked and managed customer payments, ensuring timely collections and resolving discrepancies.
    • Maintain and update the CRM system with customer data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Address customer concerns and follow up with resolutions professionally and efficiently.
    • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain open communication to ensure long-term satisfaction and referrals.
    • Gather feedback and provide insights for process improvements in post-sales services.
